Life has a way of throwing curve balls. We expect our kids to get colds, it's a rite of passage really. When my little ones' cold rapidly turned into a 103 fever and a multitude of other symptoms it's hard not to panic. It's six days since and two diagnoses later, she is still crashed on the couch with her beloved sleep "meow meow". There were five other posts I was supposed to make this week but cradling my girl seemed to be the top of my list while living on my cold coffee and stale toast that I made 4 hours ago.
