Old Made New

We moved into an older home last fall and I found bits and pieces of furniture under the crawl space.  The bench pictured below was one of the items tucked away and was covered in a bright orange terrycloth material. I loved the carved legs with claw foot and knew it must be an old item.  I set to work, removing the legs and refinished the seat in a neutral shade using a dollar store tablecloth.
