Happy Anniversary Sears #SearsBabysRoom

It's amazing how fast time flies. Four years ago I went shopping at Sears to build my Wish List/ Baby Registry. I walked around with the scan gun and zapped all the bar codes of baby items I wanted to prepare our home for Princess Destructo. My recent tour of the new and improved The Baby's Room by Sears was like a walk down memory lane but better.

The sections are organized in complete groupings which allow you to shop by need. Here is a photo diary of my tour:

Nursery

I liked that each room was accessorized so you can see the full set up.
It's hard to know what patterns will look like in a bag or package.
Each nursery had a sign breaking down the price of each unit piece as well.

Strollers & Carseats
Whether you need a travel system with carseat and stroller,
a sturdy jogger, or lite weight stroller,
The Baby's Room had more than 40 strollers to try out.

This section has a full range of carseats and you will receive
expert advice on choosing the right
one for your precious baby.

Feeding
There were three sections for feeding, this one caught my eye
because a friend has this baby food maker (Baby Brezza) on her wish list
and most of the accessories were marked down.

Gifts and Activities
Once again, I have to applaud the organization of the sections.

The layette's and gift sets are so easy to reach and placed
near the nursery sets ups so you can choose the colours you need.

Bath & Accessories
This is the main area I wanted to shop in on this trip. I can't tell you
which item I purchased yet because that would be
spilling my secret.
After my tour I shopped with a young mom whose son was enrolled in the child care I work at. She is preparing for baby boy number two and wanted a little advice on baby items that can do double duty. We were directed to the tub pictured on the bottom right. We both liked that it has adjustable depths so it can grow with your baby.

Deal Alert!
The Baby’s Room One Year Anniversary Sale is coming! From May 24 to June 5 Sears will be celebrating by marking almost all The Baby’s Room items on sale. Check your local Sears store for more details.
You'll have to come back next month to find out what I bought.
