Easy Peasy Fudge Using "Left Over" Chocolate {Kids In The Kitchen}
I use the term left over chocolate in a laughing way. There is no left over chocolate in this house, only chocolate I hide in hopes that my husband and three year old princess won't devour without restraint while I'm at work. This is a recipe I do every year after Christmas and Easter. Using solid and hollow bunnies for the bulk of the chocolate and added 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips to balance out the sweet factor. Don't get me wrong I have a sweet tooth, but toning down the sweetness helps ensure I can eat more fudge before hitting the "IT'S TOO SWEET" wall.
