Merry Christmas From Mimi's Humble Pie: Sharing Traditions.

Life is more than a little busy with college courses, working, and keeping up with my three year olds' wild imagination. This is the first year that she is starting to show signs of understanding what Christmas is about.  Though I have to specify that her wishlist includes a ride on a giraffe for mommy, a circus job for daddy, and for Chris and Martin Kratt to come and play in her back yard (from the animated Wild Kratts adventure TV series). The last three months have flown by and I find myself in denial that Christmas is less than 24 hours away.  I'm signing off for a few days to clean my house and defrost a 35 pound turkey since we're hosting my husbands family on Boxing Day.  Here are a few of my favourite holiday posts with traditions that I'm thrilled to pass on to my Princess Destructo.
The first year that a visit with Santa didn't result in tears.
She's smiling because Santa was impressed with her
