Slow Cooker Standards: Pork Roast Recipes 2x.
Slow-Cooker Pork Roast.
What I used:
2 lb boneless pork roast.
1 cup package of Club House (Slow-Cooker) Pot Roast Seasoning + 1 cup water.
1 lb small, new potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, peeled and chopped into 1/3's
1 cup of onion, coarsely diced
What I did:
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork.
What I used:
1 lb left over pork roast
1/4 cup Apple Cider (or Apple Juice)
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar (Brown Sugar blend Splenda will work too)
1/2 cup Smoke House BBQ Sauce

What I used:

1 cup package of Club House (Slow-Cooker) Pot Roast Seasoning + 1 cup water.
1 lb small, new potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, peeled and chopped into 1/3's
1 cup of onion, coarsely diced
What I did:
- Mix Club House Seasoning with water in a large slow cooker (mine is 3 quart).
- Put roast in and flip it around until coated in seasoning mixture.
- Wash, peel and cut your vegetables.
- Place them around the sides of the roast.
- Turn on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 6 hours.
- Reserve cooking juices, store in fridge overnight.
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork.
What I used:
1 lb left over pork roast
1/4 cup Apple Cider (or Apple Juice)
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar (Brown Sugar blend Splenda will work too)
1/2 cup Smoke House BBQ Sauce
What I Did:
- Mix your liquid ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Skim fat from reserved cooking juices and add 1 cup to other liquid ingredients.
- Place cooked pork in and coat in sauce.
- Turn on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 3-4 hours.
- Use forks to pull pork into pieces, if it hasn't fallen apart already.
