Huggies Baby & You Blog Tour & $50 PC Gift Card Giveaway!

I was recently selected to participate in the Huggies Baby and You blog tour via Mom Central Canada.  Why the blog tour buzz?  Huggies has partnered with select Loblaw Superstore locations to sponsor FREE President's Choice Cooking Classes for Mom's and babies.  This fun event is part of the Baby and You facebook community where you can connect with other moms and get coupons too.

These interactive sessions will be lead by a President's Choice Chef, and if you haven't heard it already, are FREE.  Can you tell I'm a sucker for FREE?  There is a long list of locations and dates to attend from October 17 to 27, 2011.  I plan on attending one at my local Loblaws on October 26 because I can't resist a chance to sample and try a new recipe for me (Quinoa Pancakes) and for my princess (Sweet Potato Mash).  Visit my Baby and You Page for a sneak peek at the recipes featured in these Baby and You events. 



 I love to cook but am always looking for inspiration, including new ways to enjoy old favourites.  In a few minutes I will ask "What are your favourite Mom and Baby dishes to eat and/or prepare?" and you will have a chance to respond and possibly win a $50 Gift Card.  I have an easy answer to this myself, BREAKFAST is my go-to meal.  Pancakes, omelettes, and french toast are common Supper time meals around here.  So I'm looking forward to trying the Quinoa Pancakes at the Baby and You event.

The Baby and You Facebook page gives more information about these PC Cooking classes, including the fact that every mom will receive coupons from the event sponsor, HUGGIES®, and a pair of tiger ears to add some Halloween flair and fun for the little one's.  I would have to think that Huggies is sponsoring these events because they are excited to promote their newest innovation in diapers- SLIP ONS.  I have been more than a little curious about them myself, and am looking forward to getting some coupons to try them on my squirmy toddler, hint, hint.
