Spotlight on a Canadian Company.

As soon as I found out about TGCBB, I knew I wanted to do a post spotlighting a Canadian company.  I have been so thrilled with the home decor items and fragrances purchased at Clair de Lune, that I wanted to share the love. Clair de Lune is a Canadian Company based in Quebec. They have a number of stores in Canada, but I recently became familiar with their website too.  With products that are reasonably priced yet beautiful enough to grace a boutique, it is easy to find the right decor item to suit your home.

My favourite product, and one that I get daily enjoyment, is my EDEN AROMATIC LAMP.  I have the lamp pictured below.  It is about 6 inches high and perfect for small spaces.  Not to mention how pretty it looks on my kitchen nook pass-through.  These lamps don't use traditional oil,  they use a formulation of alcohol and scent, so it burns clean.  My favourite Eden Lamp Scented Oil is Mandarin & Cranberry, but recently I've been using the Coconut Beach. Yum!  When lit, it reminds me of my favourite dessert- coconut cream pie, and a day at the beach all at the same time.  Within 20 minutes it can fill my entire apartment with a beautiful scent, that's 1000 sq. feet!  You can be sure that if we've had fish for supper, this lamp is lit as soon as we're done eating.

I love this lamp because:

• Effective odour neutralizer. 
• Smokeless, dripless while in operation.
• There is no continuous flame.  
• Easy to use. {The wick is attached to a stone that sits on top of a metal ring.  Light the stone for approximately 2-3 minutes (It will be a high flame), then blow it out. Place the decorative topper on the lamp because the stone remains hot until you cap it tightly with the inner cap.}
• It's really pretty and there are dozens of Eden Lamp Scented Oils to choose from.

I have had a few people ask how much this lamp costs, oops!  I didn't even talk about pricing.  This lamp is currently priced at $19.99.  Clair de Lune has really good promotions, some lasting the entire month.  I purchased my Eden Lamp about 5 months ago as part of an in-store promotion.  Customers were offered the opportunity to purchase an Eden Anais Lamp for $14.99 if you made a $20 purchase.  The Eden Scented Oils are $9.99/250 ml and $18.99/500 ml, so I purchased one of each to match the $20 purchase requirement.  Please visit Clair de Lune for information about other products, prices, and promotions.
